We want your order to arrive quickly and safely. Here's everything you need to know about how we ship.
1. Shipping cost
Standard shipping is free on every order, with no minimum spend.
2. Processing time
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of being placed (excluding weekends and holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.
3. Delivery time
Once dispatched, standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location.
Oversized and freight items (such as generators and vehicle lifts) ship via specialist freight carriers. A representative will contact you to schedule a delivery appointment.
4. Shipping destinations
We currently ship to all 50 US states. We do not ship to PO boxes for freight items.
5. Tracking your order
Every order includes tracking. If you haven't received tracking within 3 business days, contact us at contact@kiloyard.com.
6. Lost or damaged shipments
If your order arrives damaged, keep all packaging and contact us within 48 hours so we can resolve it quickly with the carrier.
